Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.
Help Desk A help desk for Product support issues (the “Help Desk”) will be available to Customer. Unless specified in an Order, Customer should contact 000.000.0000 to receive a telephone number for the applicable supporting Solutions & Support Center. Customer will appoint one Product administrator and one backup administrator to serve as the primary point of contact regarding maintenance services.
Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.
APPRENTICES/TRAINEES 25.1 Apprentices/Trainees shall be entitled to all of the applicable rates and conditions of employment prescribed by this Agreement.
First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.
Utilization Review We review health services to determine whether the services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational ("Medically Necessary"). This process is called Utilization Review. Utilization Review includes all review activities, whether they take place prior to the service being performed (Preauthorization); when the service is being performed (concurrent); or after the service is performed (retrospective). All determinations that services are not Medically Necessary will be made by: 1) licensed Physicians; or 2) licensed, certified, registered or credentialed health care professionals who are in the same profession and same or similar specialty as the Provider who typically manages Your medical condition or disease or provides the health care service under review. We do not compensate or provide financial incentives to Our employees or reviewers for determining that services are not Medically Necessary. Representatives’ Training Courses When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to employees who exercise the authority of a representative on behalf of the Association to undertake training related to the duties of a representative.
Classroom Observation Classroom observations shall be conducted at least once for all unit members who have not met the threshold for reappointment as defined in Section 10.02 of Article10. Effective fall 2006 classroom observations shall be conducted on DCE form E3. Classroom observations may be conducted for any unit member, at the discretion of the President of the College, or designee thereof, for stated written reasons. Results of said observation shall be communicated to the unit member in writing. The unit member shall be afforded the opportunity to discuss the classroom observation with the evaluator and to respond in writing.
