Number of Zones. (a) It is mutually agreed that the proportional representation which reflects increases and decreases in the work force is a sound and sensible basis of implementing the representation sections of this Agreement. In each plant of the Corporation covered by the Production and Maintenance Agreement on September the ratio of Stewards to employees shall not exceed 1 to each and the number of Stewards shall be as set forth in the table below. Number of Employees On Active Roll Number of Stewards 8 9 In each new plant of the Corporation to which the Production and Maintenance Agreement was extended after September the ratio of Stewards to employees shall not exceed 1 to each and the number of Stewards shall be as set forth in the table below: Number of Employees On Active Roll Number of Stewards 9 In plants in which the ratio of Stewards to employees exceed the number allowable under Sub-section the number of Stewards will be increased or decreased in the manner set forth in Sub-section provided however; If the number of employees has decreased, the number of Stewards will be reduced according to the ratio, or major fraction thereof, previously determined in accordance with Sub-section so that the ratio of Stewards to employees after the adjustment does not the ratio previously determined; and (ii) if the number of employees has increased, the number of Stewards will be increased at a ratio of one Xxxxxxx for each additional employees, or major fraction thereof. In no event, however, shall Stewards be added beyond the number of Stewards active on September until the ratio in the plant conforms with Sub-section Any Xxxxxxx who dies, retires, resigns as a Xxxxxxx or employee (excluding resignations as a Xxxxxxx to accept a salaried position with the Corporation), will not be replaced unless and until the ratio of Stewards to employees in that plant conforms with Subsection Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections & above, the number of Stewards in plants that are entitled to less than three Stewards according to the appropriate table shall be the larger of the following: the number set forth in the appropriate table, or (ii) a number equal to the number of operating in the plant.   • Number of Guests The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 7 and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay.
