Number of Vehicles. Some of the Services provided by EFS hereunder may be billed on the basis of the number of vehicles or other equipment with respect to which Customer is using the Services. Customer will keep EFS updated of any changes in the number of Customer’s vehicles utilizing any such EFS Services, and EFS will not be responsible for any errors in billing that result from any failure on the part of Customer to do so.
