Common use of Number of Representatives Clause in Contracts

Number of Representatives. The Union will select three (3) representatives from the represented Unit. The Union shall provide a current list of representatives, regularly updated, to the County, showing employee name, classification, department, and work location. The County shall provide the Union with a copy of its current administrative instructions (if any) recognizing representatives designated by Union.
