Number of Partners. As of the date hereof the number of Partners in the Partnership is two (2), namely Xxxxxx and ULC. Additional Partners may be admitted to the Partnership from time to time, at such times and upon such terms as the Partners may unanimously approve, and there shall be no limit to the number of additional Partners which may be admitted to the Partnership.
