Common use of Number of Officers Clause in Contracts

Number of Officers. The principal officers of the Corporation may consist of the offices of the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President, one or more Vice-Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer, each of whom shall be appointed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may appoint such other officers and assistant officers as it deems necessary. If specifically authorized by the Board of Directors, an officer may appoint one or more officers or assistant officers. The same individual may simultaneously hold more than one office in the Corporation (including without limitation the offices of the President and Chief Executive Officer) except the offices of Chief Executive Officer and Secretary.
