Number of Officers. The officers of the Board of Managers shall be a President, one or more vice-presidents, and a Secretary, each of whom shall be appointed by the Board of Managers. The officers of the Company shall be a Chief Executive Officer and a Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Managers shall appoint the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer shall appoint the Chief Financial Officer. Such other officers and assistant officers as may be deemed necessary, including any vice-presidents, may be appointed by the Board of Managers. If specifically authorized by the Board of Managers, an officer may appoint one or more officers or assistant officers for the Board of Managers. The same individual may simultaneously hold more than one office on the Board of Managers. A person must be a member of the Board of Managers and a Member of the Company or representative owner of a Member of the Company to serve as an officer of the Board of Managers. A person need not be a member of the Board of Managers or a Member of the Company or representative of a Member of the Company to serve as an officer of the Company.

Contractor shall ensure that the number of officers transporting offender(s) be governed by DEPARTMENT policy 3.1.12 Offender Escort and Transport xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/Resources/Policy/default.mcpx. One officer shall be of the same sex as the Offender(s) being transported. A female transportation officer must be present when transporting female Offenders. A separate and secure section shall be provided for females if male offenders are also being transported.

Number of Officers. The officers of this Corporation shall consist of a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and such other officers as the Board of Directors shall determine from time to time.
Number of Officers. The City will provide two (2) officers per day, Monday through Friday, one (1) officer per shift, per day to support this Agreement. Xxxxxx Transit acknowledges the City intends to hire two (2) police officers to back-fill the officer positions assigned to Xxxxxx Transit and further acknowledges the hiring and training process can take up to five (5) months. Xxxxxx Transit further acknowledges the Puyallup Police officers assigned to Xxxxxx Transit will assume transit duties upon successful back-fill of the two newly hired police officers. The City intends to commence hiring as soon as possible upon approval of this agreement by the governing body for Xxxxxx Transit and the City of Puyallup.
