Number of Guests. The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 7 and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. Sub letting or assignation of the let is prohibited.
Number of Guests. On the rental contract/invoice the rental agency has put down the agreed number of adults and children’s. If the traveler as a guest brings more participants the rental agency has the right to cancel the booking or charge extra for the exceeding guests/participants. It is important that we respect the maximum number of guests allowed at the property.

It is required to have a registered wedding coordinator to assist and oversee your wedding to ensure you have an amazing experience at Xxxxxxxxx Beach State Park. $2,495.00 After Hours Reception Fee: Security Deposit: $250.00 A refundable security deposit is required in addition to the ceremony and after hours reception fee in case of damages, unsatisfactory post event cleanup, the use of prohibited items or any overages of guests/vendors. Deposits will be refunded by check within 10-14 business days after your event. Security Deposit: $250.00 Rehearsal Fee: $75.00 Rehearsals may be scheduled in advance and based on availability. The fee includes entry into the park for up to 20 guests/vendors. Any additional guests over the allotted 20 will be deducted from your security deposit. Please keep in mind your rehearsal day might be someone else’s special day. We recommend hosting your rehearsal at least 4 hours prior to sunset to ensure no interference with another clients special day. $75.00
Number of Guests. (a) Apartment rates are based on the advertised maximum number of people that can be accommodated. No additional persons may be permitted to stay in the Apartment.
Number of Guests. Only the number of guest per the reservation are allowed at the property. It is a breach of contract if extra, unpaid guests are found on the property, and immediate eviction can be expected of the entire group without a refund.
Number of Guests. There shall not be more people in the house or cabin, than each will sleep. Only the number of guests indicated on the rental agreement should be sleeping in the unit. In the event it appears there are too many people in or on the property, the owner or owner’s agent has the right to inspect the rental unit and require the extra people to leave immediately. Additional problems of any nature will result in all the occupants of the rental unit being required to vacate the premises immediately. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS-Deviations will result in Loss of Entire Deposit. Sleeping arrangements…Please indicate the number of people in each bed based upon the number of guests in your group. If there are more people staying overnight in the unit than stated on the Rental Agreement, the Deposit will be automatically forfeited. Bond amount withheld is at a cost deemed fair by us, and further charges may apply if Bond amount doesn’t cover cost to rectify the problem or damage. Any Bond to be returned to you will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
