Number of Exchange Students Clause Examples
Number of Exchange Students. The number of students each institution may send and/or accept under this program is stated in the addenda and it can be yearly modified by mutual consultation.
Number of Exchange Students. The parties shall review the Program annually for any imbalance in the number of Exchange Students and shall adjust the number of Exchange Students over the term of the Agreement to maintain a balance in the exchange.
Number of Exchange Students. 1. Each year, both parties shall nominate a maximum of four full time equivalent students at undergraduate and graduate level for the partner university. Any variance in the number of exchange students each year may be negotiated and agreed by both parties before recruitment of students.
2. Exchange is open to students of all fields, departments, and faculties of both parties.
3. Both parties shall strive to assure that the numbers of students exchanged by each party shall be equal each year. For the purpose of determining this balance in the number of students exchanged, two exchange students participating for one academic semester shall be equivalent to one exchange student participating for one academic year.
Number of Exchange Students. Each university will accept up to exchange students each year. Both institutions will review the program annually to ensure a balance in the number of exchanged students. Standard lengths of stay for exchange students will be one semester or a full academic year. Two one-semester students will be counted as the equivalent of one full-year student. An extension of stay for an exchange student at the host institution must be mutually approved by both the home institution and the host institution. Should an imbalance in the exchange occur, both universities will make adjustments at the end of a three-year cycle. The imbalance should be corrected in one of the following ways:
a) The partner having sent the larger number of students shall reduce the number, or suspend the sending of students until the balance is restored.
b) The partner sending the fewer students may increase the number of students it sends by mutual agreement until the balance is restored.
Number of Exchange Students. Each institution will accept one (1) full-year Exchange Student each year. Both institutions will review the program annually to ensure a balance in the number of exchanged students. Should an imbalance in the exchange occur, both institutions will endeavor to make adjustments in the following year. Standard lengths of stay for Exchange Students will be one semester or a full academic year. Two one-semester students will be counted as the equivalent of one full-year student. An extension of stay for an Exchange Student at the Host Institution must be officially approved by the Home Institution as well as the Host Institution.
Number of Exchange Students. A maximum of Two (5) students will be exchanged between both universities in each semester. The number of students may be amended by mutual agreement before end-January each year.
Number of Exchange Students. 1- Each university may send and accept under this Agreement a maximum of six (6) students each year. It should be noted that if an exchange student attends two consecutive semesters at the host university, it shall be counted as two students. When exchanging graduate students, both parties shall get a prior permission from the host institution.
Number of Exchange Students. The operational assumption is that in any given year there will be equal numbers of students exchanged between the Parties. Initially both Parties will make available up to two (2) AOSU exchange students each year of the Agreement. Prospective AOSU exchange candidates can be PhD students, Master’s students, or final-year undergraduate students. While equal numbers every year may not be possible, the Parties will seek to ensure that an equivalence in the numbers of exchange students will be achieved within three (3) years from the time the Agreement comes into effect. The maximum number of students exchanged in any particular year may be changed after mutual review and agreement by both Parties.
Number of Exchange Students. Each party will normally accept up to a maximum of two students under this Agreement yearly. This number can be modified, if necessary, based on the discussion between both the parties.
Number of Exchange Students. 2.1 The Parties will attempt to maintain a reasonable balance in the number of Students exchanged during the term of this Agreement as mutually agreed by the Parties.
2.2 The Parties acknowledge that two (2) Exchange Students enrolled at the Host Institution for a single semester is equivalent to one Exchange Student enrolled for one full academic year.
2.3 The Parties will consult annually to decide the number of Students to participate in the Student Exchange Program.
2.4 Both Parties will review the Student Exchange Program annually to ensure that a balance is achieved.
