Number of Class Members. Defendant estimates that there are 113,839 18 Class Members. Defendant will confidentially identify to the Settlement Administrator the Class 19 Members on whom Defendant obtained a background report for employment purposes by using The 20 Challenged Disclosure Form.

Number of Class Members. The number of Class Members is 15,028. If more than 15,028 Class Members participate in this Settlement , Defendant will pay a proportionate additional amount into the Fund for each additional Class Member to claim from, on the same basis as existing Class Members.

Number of Class Members. Defendants represent that to the best of their knowledge, the number of Class Members who worked during the period from April 1, 2013, through March 15, 2019, is no more than 268.   • Notice to Class Members 8.4.1 No later than three (3) business days after receipt of the Class Data, the Administrator shall notify Class Counsel that the list has been received and state the number of Class Members, PAGA Members, Workweeks, and Pay Periods in the Class Data.

  • Participating Class Members The Administrator will send, by U.S. mail, a single check to every Participating Class Member (i.e., every Class Member who doesn’t opt-out) including those who also qualify as Aggrieved Employees. The single check will combine the Individual Class Payment and the Individual PAGA Payment.

  • Settlement Class Members “Settlement Class Members” shall mean all persons in the Class who do not exclude themselves pursuant to Section F, herein, and those who submit a Valid Claim.

The Settling Parties’ agreement to the certification of the Settlement Class is also without prejudice to any position asserted by the Settling Parties in any other proceeding, case or action, as to which all of their rights are specifically preserved.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.
