Common use of Number Assignment Clause in Contracts

Number Assignment. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to, in any manner, limit or otherwise adversely impact DTI's right to employ or to request and be assigned any NANP number resources including, but not limited to, Central Office (NXX) Codes pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines. Any request for numbering resources by DTI shall be made directly to the NANP Number Plan Administrator. Except with respect to those areas in which GTE is the NANP Number Plan Administrator, GTE shall not be responsible for the requesting or assignment of number resources to DTI. The Parties agree that disputes arising from numbering assignment shall be arbitrated by the NANP Number Plan Administrator. DTI shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

DTI TOUCHTONE shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

DTI QTC shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

DTI DSL shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

Except with respect to those areas in which GTE is the NANP Number Plan Administrator, GTE shall not be responsible for the requesting or assignment of number resources to DTIHyperion. The Parties agree that disputes arising from numbering assignment shall be arbitrated by the NANP Number Plan Administrator. DTI Hyperion shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

Except with respect to those areas in which GTE is the NANP Number Plan Administrator, GTE shall not be responsible for the requesting or assignment of number resources to DTIMountaineer. The Parties agree that disputes arising from numbering assignment shall be arbitrated by the NANP Number Plan Administrator. DTI Mountaineer shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

DTI NAS shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

Except with respect to those areas in which GTE is the NANP Number Plan Administrator, GTE shall not be responsible for the requesting or assignment of number resources to DTINorthPoint. The Parties agree that disputes arising from numbering assignment shall be arbitrated by the NANP Number Plan Administrator. DTI NorthPoint shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

Except with respect to those areas in which GTE is the NANP Number Plan Administrator, GTE shall not be responsible for the requesting or assignment of number resources to DTIACI. The Parties agree that disputes arising from numbering assignment shall be arbitrated by the NANP Number Plan Administrator. DTI ACI shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

DTI SETI shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.

DTI CellPage shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.
