Nuisance during Operations. 12.7.1 The Company shall at all times take all necessary steps to ensure that the Operations and any testing, investigation and surveys in connection therewith are carried out in such manner as to minimise nuisance, interference or material disturbance to proprietors or users of property adjacent to, or in the vicinity of, the Sites.
