NSURANCE he employer agrees to continue the Towns portion of payment for Health and Life nsurance plans for all eligible Town employees and as required by State statute.
NSURANCE. 16.1.1 The Operator shall, for the benefit and protection of the Parties hereto, and in accordance with the requirement of Contract and in accordance with the Good International Petroleum Industry Practices obtain such insurance with reputable insurers upon reasonable and competitive terms from the Joint Account in relation to Petroleum Operations as may be required under the Contract, applicable laws, rules and regulations together with such other insurances which the Operator may determine necessary for the Joint Operations. Such insurance policies shall include the Government as additional insured and shall waive subrogation against the Government.
NSURANCE. 1. The Contractor agrees to provide insurance coverage as shown elsewhere in this RFP. Such policies of insurance shall name both the Contractor and the City of as additional insured, and shall be delivered to the City with the signed contracts and before the commencement of any operation by the Contractor. The policy shall carry the “governmental immunity xxxxxxxxxxx (XXX #XX0000 11/85), which reads as follows: “It is agreed that in the event of any claim or suite against the insured for damages covered by this policy, the company will not deny liability by the use of a defense based upon governmental immunity defense.” All policies shall be subject to the approval of the City for adequacy and form of protection. All policies shall provide limits as specified by the City of Naples.
NSURANCE. Insurance premium for insurance of the said Complex and also otherwise for insuring the same against earthquake, damages, fire, lightning, mob, violence, civil commotion (and other risks, if insured).

The Tenant shall, during the term of this tenancy and any renewal thereof, at the Tenant’s sole cost and expense, obtain and keep in full force and effect, fire and property damage and public liability insurance in an amount equal to that which the Landlord, acting reasonably, considers adequate. The Tenant agrees to provide to the Landlord, upon demand at any time, and before the keys to the Rented Premises are provided to the Tenant, proof that all such insurance is in full force and effect and to notify the Landlord in writing in the event such insurance is cancelled or otherwise terminated. The Tenant expressly agrees to indemnify the Landlord and save it harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from any occurrence in the Rented Premises, the use thereof by the Tenant, or occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of the Tenant, an occupant, any member of the Tenant’s family, the Tenant’s agents or guests, or any other person permitted upon the Rented Premises or the Landlord’s Premises by the Tenant.
