NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH that the Donor HEREBY APPOINTS the Issuer and the Trustee severally to be its true and lawful attorney (with power to sub-delegate) for it and in its name to do the following acts and things or any of them for so long only as the Donor remains the legal owner of the Charges:
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH. AND the Vendor doth hereby covenant with the Purchaser that,
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH. 1. The Seller irrevocably and by way of security for the performance of the covenants, conditions and undertakings on the part of the Seller contained in the Mortgage Sale Agreement and the Administration Agreement HEREBY APPOINTS each of Funding, the Mortgages Trustee and the Security Trustee (each an "ATTORNEY") and any receiver and/or administrator appointed from time to time in respect of Funding and/or the Mortgages Trustee or their assets severally to be its true and lawful attorney for the Seller and in the Seller's name or otherwise to do any act, matter or thing which any Attorney considers necessary for the protection or preservation of that Attorney's interest in the Mortgage Loans, the Mortgages, the Mortgage Deeds and their Related Security or which ought to be done under the covenants, undertakings and provisions contained in the Mortgage Sale Agreement including (without limitation) any or all of the following that is say:
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH. 1. The Seller irrevocably and by way of security for the performance of the covenants, conditions and undertakings on the part of the Seller contained in the Mortgage Sale Agreement and the Servicing Agreement HEREBY APPOINTS each of Funding, the Mortgages Trustee and the Security Trustee (each an ATTORNEY) and any receiver and/or administrator appointed from time to time in respect of Funding and/or the Mortgages Trustee or their assets severally to be its true and lawful attorney for the Seller and in the Seller's name or otherwise to do any act matter or thing which any Attorney considers necessary for the protection or preservation of that Attorney's interest in the Loans and their Related Security or which ought to be done under the covenants, undertakings and provisions contained in the Mortgage Sale Agreement including (without limitation) any or all of the following that is say:
