After informally notified of the disapproval but before the November 6, 2018 disapproval letter, the parties renegotiated and re-executed the agreement on November 5, 2018. These changes have been reviewed pursuant to 5 U.S.C. §7114(c), and are, hereby, approved. The approval of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of, or exception to, any existing law, rule, regulation, or published policy.
