Common use of Notify us at Clause in Contracts

Notify us at. once if the phone number for your Mobile Device is changed or service to your Mobile Device is terminated, or if you believe that your Mobile Device has been lost, stolen or destroyed, or that your Mobile Device or any of your Mobile Accounts have been accessed or used without your authorization. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. Telephone us at (000) 000-0000 or write to us at: Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxx X.X. Xxx 000 Xxxx, XX 00000 and identify the name and account number(s) which were accessed or used without your authorization. You could lose all the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). If you believe your Mobile Device has been lost, stolen or destroyed and you tell us within (2) two business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your Mobile Device without your permission. If you do not tell us within (2) two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Mobile Device and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your Mobile Device without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, including those made by card, code or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within (60) sixty days after the statement was mailed to you or made available to you on the internet, you may not get back any money you lost after the (60) sixty days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money had you told us on time. If a good reason (i.e. a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.
