Notify OSC immediately if a Physician is no longer available to provide an IME, supplemental reports, or testimony. In the event that a Physician is temporarily unavailable to provide the requested IME, the Contractor must notify OSC immediately. The Contractor must not schedule the IME with a different Physician, unless requested to do so by OSC, after such notification.

Notify OSC immediately if a Physician is no longer available to provide an IME, supplemental reports, or testimony. In the event that a Physician is temporarily unavailable to provide the requested IME, the Contractor must notify OSC immediately. The Contractor must not schedule the IME with a different Physician, unless requested to do so by OSC, after such notification. OSC reserves the right to cancel any request for an exam and/or hearings, subject to the rates in Attachment 1. The Contractor shall be fully responsible to OSC for the acts and omissions of its subcontractors, including Physicians, and of persons either directly or indirectly engaged by them in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

  • Notify If there is a difficulty with the Adoption, the adoptive parent(s) must notify NB. NB will provide additional support, including but not limited to home visits and direct counseling. NB will recommend independent adoption consultants, therapists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, financial experts, and developmental and educational services. NB may request waivers to speak directly with persons involved or assist the family. If the family is currently working with any independent professionals, NB may seek the release to talk to them. If needed, NB will offer respite care. NB reserves the right to charge the adoptive family fees for such services.

  • Written Notices All copies of written notices relating to a violation of a Local, State, or Federal law including, without limitation, environmental laws relating to land use, zoning compliance, or building codes;

Any notice mailed in the manner provided above within the time, if any, prescribed in this Trust Agreement, or if no such time is specified, five Business Days after mailing, shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given whether or not such Holder receives such notice.

  • Third Party Notices Portions of the Apple Software or Services may utilize or include third party software and other copyrighted material. Acknowledgements, licensing terms and disclaimers for such material are contained in the electronic documentation for the Apple Software and Services, and Your use of such material is governed by their respective terms.
