Common use of Notification to Workers Clause in Contracts

Notification to Workers. The Contractor shall notify each worker, in writing, of the following as they commence work on the Contract: the worker’s job classification, the established minimum wage rate requirement for that classification, as well as the worker’s actual wage. The notice must be delivered to and signed in acknowledgement of receipt by the worker and must list both the wages and fringe benefits to be paid or furnished for each classification in which the worker is assigned duties. When requested by the Owner, the Contractor shall furnish evidence of compliance with the Texas Prevailing Wage Law.
