Notification to the Association. The Association shall be notified by the Board of any contemplated reduction in staff of locally funded positions as early as possible, but no later than May 1, for any reduction schedule to take effect in July of the following year. The Association shall be notified of any contemplated reduction in staff of state and/or federally funded positions as soon as the Board may reasonably be expected to know of such reduction.
