Notification to City. (a) Company shall, on an annual basis, provide City with a report describing the Services offered and classes of customers served by Company during the previous twelve months. Further, such Report shall describe Company's plans for the coming twelve months with regard to new Services that Company reasonably anticipates might be offered or new classes of customers that Company reasonably anticipates might be served. Notwithstanding the requirements of this Section 8.3(a), Company shall provide to City, upon City's request, any additional information that City reasonably deems necessary during the Term.
Notification to City. The Contracting Officer shall provide the City with the most up-to-date list of presiding and alternate judges at least three weeks before the statutory deadline to order the Election.

The Owner shall notify City within five (5) business days of submitting an application to the Department of Real Estate for a public report to offer Units in the Project for sale. At least one hundred twenty (120) days before offering an Affordable Unit for sale, the Owner shall provide the City with written notice of the proposed sale of the Affordable Unit including the Unit size (square footage and number of bedrooms), lot/building/unit number, street address, Owner name and Tract number, and required income level of the Unit. City shall notify Owner within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the Owner's notification of the Affordable Sales Prices currently applicable to each Affordable Unit. For purposes of this section, Affordable Sales Price shall mean the maximum allowable sales price for an Affordable Unit in effect at the time of its sale by the Owner to a Very Low Income household as applicable.
Notification to City. In the event of the mortgage of Xxxxxx’s leasehold interest hereunder, Tenant shall notify City of such fact and shall provide City with the name and address of such mortgagee.
Notification to City. If the CITY does not receive timely notification of the COUNTY’s requested mitigating measures the CITY may assume that the COUNTY has no comments or information relating to potential impacts of the development on COUNTY facilities and may not require any mitigation from the development for impacts on COUNTY facilities.
