Common use of Notification to Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination pursuant to Section 7.01 above or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, the Certificate Administrator shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, to the Serviced Companion Loan Holders, and electronically, for posting to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website pursuant to Section 12.13 of this Agreement, to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider.

Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any resignation of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 6.04, any termination of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 7.01 above or any appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer or the Special ServicerServicer pursuant to Section 7.02, the Certificate Administrator shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, to the Serviced Companion Loan Holders, and electronically, for posting to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website pursuant to Section 12.13 of this Agreement, to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider.

(a) Upon any termination of a Servicer pursuant to Section 7.01 above or any appointment of a successor to the Master a Servicer or the Special Servicerpursuant to Section 7.02 above, the Certificate Trust Administrator shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, to the Serviced Companion Loan Holders, and electronically, for posting to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website pursuant to Section 12.13 of this Agreement, to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider.

Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any such termination pursuant to Section 7.01 above or 10.01 above, any appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.02, or the any appointment of a Replacement Special ServicerServicer pursuant to Section 6.16, the Certificate Administrator Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders and each Rating Agency at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, to the Serviced Companion Loan Holders, and electronically, for posting to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website pursuant to Section 12.13 of this Agreement, to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider.
