Notification on Right to Request Exclusion. The Detailed Notice, as well as the Short-Form Notice, shall advise Class Members of their rights to forego the benefits of this Settlement and/or pursue an individual claim, in compliance with the requirements set forth in this Settlement Agreement. The Detailed Notice will also provide that any Class Member wishing to exclude themselves who fail to properly or timely file or serve the requested information and/or documents will be precluded from doing so.

  • Right to Reject Notwithstanding Buyer’s rights pursuant to Sec. 8.5 and save other rights pursuant to this Order, Buyer may reject any goods within 2 months from the delivery if they are materially defective and in Buyer’s reasonable assessment do not allow a commercially reasonable use. In that case, no payments for these goods are due.
