Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee. Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the employee organization, shall be transmitted by the employee organization to the Board Treasurer on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the employee organization.
Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee. Notice of the amount of the annual Fair Share Fee, which shall not be more than one hundred percent (100%) of the unified dues of the Association for full-time employees and one-half (1/2) dues for part-time employees except casual, daily rate substitutes, shall be transmitted by the Association to the CFO of the Board on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the Association.

Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, (which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the Union), shall be transmitted by the Union to the Treasurer of the Board on or about September 15th during the term of this contract for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the employer agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the Union.
Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee. Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee shall be transmitted by the BCEA to the Treasurer of the BOARD by September 20 of each year during the term of this AGREEMENT for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the BOARD agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the BCEA.
Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee. The “fair share fee” shall be no greater than the total dues paid by members to the Association and its OEA and NEA affiliates. The Association shall provide the treasurer a list of the names of those unit members who are not members of the Association and the total amount of the “fair share fee” to be deducted for each. The treasurer shall be provided this list by January 1 and shall be provided the names of fair share fee payers hired after December 15 at least two (2) weeks prior to the payroll in which fees shall be deducted.

Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the United Education Profession (UEP), shall be transmitted by the OFEA to the Treasurer of the Board on or about October 15 of each year during the term of this Contract for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the Association.
Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee. Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, shall be transmitted by the Association to the Treasurer of the Board no later than December 15 of each year during the term of this Negotiated Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the Association. All fair share fee payers so notified shall have until January 14 of each year to file with the OEA an application for an immediate advance reduction pursuant to Section (5) below.

In addition, notice shall be transmitted by the Association to the Treasurer of the Board on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this contract for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll- deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the Association. The Board further agrees to accompany each such transmittal with a list of the names of the bargaining unit members for whom all such fair share fee deductions were made, the period covered, and the amounts deducted for each.
Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee. Notification of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than one hundred percent (100%) of the unified dues of the W.E.A., shall be transmitted by the W.E.A. to the Board Treasurer of the Board on or about December 1 of each year during the term of his/her contract for the purposes of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted each month from January through August and the employer agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the W.E.A.
