Notification of Non-payment. The Fiscal Agent will as soon a reasonably practicable notify each of the other Paying Agents and the Issuer if it has not by the due date for any payment due in respect of the Bonds received the full amount so payable on such date by the time specified for its receipt received the amount referred to in sub-Clause 4.1. The Fiscal Agent shall as soon a reasonably practicable notify each of the Paying Agent and the Issuer if it has not received the confirmation referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive the amount referred to in Clause 4.1.
