Common use of Notification of Non-payment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Non-payment. The Fiscal Agent shall forthwith notify by fax each of the other Agents and the Issuer if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3.

Notification of Non-payment. Notification of Non-payment. The Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent shall forthwith notify by fax telex each of the other Agents Agents, the relevant Issuer, the relevant Guarantor(s) and the Issuer Trustee if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 4.14.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.34.34.3.

Notification of Non-payment. The Fiscal Issuing and Principal Paying Agent shall forthwith notify by fax each of the other Agents Agents, the Issuer and the Issuer Trustee if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 Schedule 14.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3.

The Fiscal Principal Paying and Transfer Agent shall forthwith notify by telex or fax each of the other Agents Agents, the Issuer and the Issuer Trustee if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3.

Notification of Non-payment. The Fiscal Principal Paying Agent shall forthwith notify by fax each of the other Agents Agents, the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Issuer Trustee if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3amount.

The Fiscal Principal Paying Agent shall forthwith as soon as reasonably practicable notify by fax facsimile each of the other Agents Paying Agents, the Issuer and the Issuer Trustee if it has not received the amount to be transferred to it pursuant to any irrevocable payment instruction referred to in Clause 4.1 5.1.1(i) or Clause 5.1.2(i), in each case by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3the relevant amount.
