Notification of New Sub-processors. Vendor may engage a new Sub-Processor only upon giving Pantheon prior written notice of the appointment of the new Sub-Processor including details of the Processing to be undertaken by the Sub-Processor, and provide Pantheon an opportunity to object to the appointment of the new Sub-Processor. If Vendor fails to inform Pantheon about the appointment of the new Sub-Processor within ninety (90) days, Pantheon reserves the right to terminate the underlying Agreement, if any, and this DPA without prejudice to any fees incurred by Pantheon from the date of appointment of the new Sub- Processor.
Notification of New Sub-processors. Entrust will notify Customer in writing of any changes to this list of Sub-processors.

Client shall have the option to subscribe to notification of new Sub-processors for the Service, and if Client does subscribe, No Fraud shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor before authorizing such Sub- processor to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services for Client.

Notification of New Sub-processors. Bookeo shall inform the Controllers who have subscribed to the above “Bookeo GDPR Sub-processors list” of intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of sub-processors at least 10 days prior to any such changes.

Supplier provides at least 30 days prior written notice to Customer of any change in its Sub-Processors (including details of the processing, location and any other information reasonably required by Customer) and Supplier shall update the list of all Sub-Processors engaged to process Personal Data and Personal Information under this DPA at Annex C and send such updated version to Customer prior to the change of Sub-Processor;
Notification of New Sub-processors. At least ten (10) days before enabling any third party other than Authorized Sub-Processors to access or participate in the Processing of Personal Data, Sawgrass will add such third party to the List and notify Company of that update via email. Company may object to such engagement in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of the aforementioned notice by Sawgrass.
