Notification of New Hires. The Union shall be notified of the full name, position and employment status (e.g. full-time, part-time, temporary, seasonal, casual), start date and work location of all employees hired into the bargaining unit prior to their first day of employment.
Notification of New Hires. The Union shall be notified in writing within ten (10) working days of the hiring of any new employee, temporary or permanent, with copies of the correspondence to the Union.
Notification of New Hires. The Employer agrees to notify the Union within five (5) working days when new employees are hired.

Employer shall notify SAG-AFTRA of a new hire and complete a Status Notification Form, attached as Exhibit “B”, within ten (10) business days. The Employer shall also timely notify and complete an accurate Status Notification Form with respect to temporary and permanent reclassifications, terminations, discharges or resignations, no later than fifteen (15) days from such an occurrence.
Notification of New Hires. The Board shall forward to the Union (secretary, treasurer and president) the full name, home address, home phone number, position and employment status (e.g. full-time, part-time, temporary, seasonal, supply), start date and work location of all employees hired into the bargaining unit within one month of their hire date.
Notification of New Hires. The Employer shall furnish the Union a notification of new hires into the bargaining unit, monthly. Such notification shall be mailed no later than 10 days following the end of the month in which the employee reports to work. Such notification shall contain the name, classification, hire date, rate of pay, and location. The Employer shall furnish the Union notification of termination of an employee under the above monthly reporting time period. Termination shall be interpreted as voluntary and/or involuntary termination of employment. Such notice shall contain the name, classification, location, and date of termination.
Notification of New Hires. The Employer agrees to notify the Union within ten (10) working days when new employees are hired. New employees may meet with their Union representative for thirty (30) minutes on paid time during their first ninety (90) days of employment.
Notification of New Hires. 5.01 On the first day of each month, the Employer shall furnish the Association with the name, department, classification, work location and the date of hire of each new employee hired in a designated bargaining unit classification the previous month.
Notification of New Hires. The District shall provide the Union with an editable electronic list (such as an Excel document) of all new hires into bargaining unit positions, within ten (10) calendar days of the employee’s date of hire. The new hire list shall include: • The employee’s name and date of hire • The employee’s job title/classification, pay rate and worksite location • The employee’s available contact information including cellular, home and work telephone numbers, work and personal electronic mail address, home address or personal mailing address • The employee’s self-disclosed sex and race/ethnicity information
