Common use of Notification of Event of Default Clause in Contracts

Notification of Event of Default. upon becoming aware thereof give notice in writing to the Note Trustee of the occurrence of any Event of Default or any condition, event or act which with the giving of notice and/or the lapse of time and/or the issue of a certificate or determination of materiality would constitute an Event of Default and without waiting for the Note Trustee to take any action in respect thereof;
