Notification and Payment. Promptly, upon having actual knowledge thereof, an Indemnitee shall notify Funding Recipient of any cost, liability or expense incurred by, asserted against, or imposed on, such Indemnitee, as to which cost, liability or expense Funding Recipient has agreed to indemnify such Indemnitee pursuant to Section 10.01. Funding Recipient agrees to pay such Indemnitee all amounts due under this Article within fifteen (15) business days after the City’s request therefor.
Notification and Payment. In the event a Party achieves a Development Milestone, such Party shall promptly, but in no event more than ten (10) days after the achievement of each such Development Milestone, notify the other Party in writing of the achievement of same. For all Development Milestones achieved, each Party shall promptly, but in no event more than thirty (30) days after notification of the achievement of each such Development Milestone, remit payment to the other Party for such Development Milestone.

Notification and Payment. The TRUST may cancel this CONTRACT or any portion of this CONTRACT upon (5) days’ written notice to the CONSULTANT. Such notice will be deemed to have been received when deposited in the United States mail, with proper address and sufficient postage thereon. Upon cancellation hereof, the TRUST will pay the CONSULTANT all fees earned up to date of cancellation and the CONSULTANT will turn over to the TRUST all documents in its possession pertaining to the services rendered hereunder to include but not be limited to all original drawings, computer disks and Mylar reproduction of same, all basic calculations used in the design, and all original field notes and surveys, which become TRUST property by the terms of this contract.

The Publisher agrees promptly to advise the Author of the terms of any contracts entered into for any grant or license permitted under this agreement whenever the Author's share of the proceeds or royalty is one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more. Such contracts shall be made available by the Publisher to the Author or his representative at the office of the Publisher, and a copy thereof will be furnished the Author upon his written request. The Author's share of such proceeds or royalty shall be promptly paid to him / her 45 days following the conclusion of each Calendar Quarter. April 1st, July 1st, October 1st, January 1st

Each District Indemnified Party shall promptly notify Tenant of the imposition of, incurrence by or assertion against them of any cost or expense as to which Tenant has agreed to indemnify such District Indemnified Party pursuant to the provisions of this Article 11. Tenant agrees to pay such District Indemnified Party all amounts due under this Article 11 within sixty (60) days after receipt of the notice therefrom. Any delay by the District Indemnified Party in sending such notice does not relieve Tenant of the indemnification obligations set forth in this Article 11, except to the extent that defense of the claim is materially prejudiced as a result of such delay.
