NOTICES OR DEMANDS. All notices, demands, requests, waivers and other communications required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing, shall be provided to Lessor and Lessee, and shall be deemed properly given, serviced and received (a) on the date received, if delivered by hand; (b) one (1) day after the date sent, if delivered by overnight delivery service; (c) on the date sent, if delivered via facsimile at the numbers set forth below, on or before 5:00 P.M. local time, with a hard copy to follow by overnight delivery service; (d) on the date received with proof of receipt to Lessor or Lessee to whose attention it is directed or when Lessor or Xxxxxx refuses to accept receipt if sent, postage prepaid, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid.
