Notices Of Material Increase In Use. Company shall give advance written notice to BNYM whenever Company intends to increase its scope of use of the Licensed System in any material respect. Upon receipt of such notice, Company and BNYM shall mutually agree in writing on any required changes to the Company’s scope of use for the Licensed System and, if applicable, the corresponding fees with respect to such increased scope.
