Common use of Notices in Writing Clause in Contracts

Notices in Writing. 24.1.1. Notices to be given hereunder shall be in writing and may be given personally, by facsimile or by letter as required by clause 24.2 below. Any notice to be given to any party hereto must be given during normal business hours of such party to the person and at the address designated below. If notice is sent by facsimile during normal business hours as aforesaid, it shall be deemed to have been served when automatic facsimile confirmation of receipt by the intended recipient has been received.
