NOTICES AND OTHER. COMMUNICATIONS Except as otherwise expressly permitted by this Agreement, all notices, requests and other communications provided for herein (including without limitation any modifications of, or waivers, requests or consents under, this Agreement) shall be given or made in writing (including without limitation by electronic transmission) delivered to the intended recipient at the “Address for Notices” specified below its name on the signature pages hereof or thereof); and with respect to Buyer, or, as to any party, at such other address as shall be designated by such party in a written notice to each other party. In all cases, to the extent that the related individual set forth in the respective “Attention” line is no longer employed by the respective Person, such notice may be given to the attention of a Responsible Officer of the respective Person or to the attention of such individual or individuals as subsequently notified in writing by a Responsible Officer of the respective PersonPersons. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and except for notices given under Section 3 (which shall be effective only on receipt), all such communications shall be deemed to have been duly given when transmitted electronically or personally delivered or, in the case of a mailed notice, upon receipt, in each case given or addressed as aforesaid.
