Notices and Change of Address. Any required notice regarding this Xxxxxxxxx ESA will be considered effective when the custodian sends it to the intended recipient at the last address that the custodian has in its records. Any notice to be given to the custodian will be considered effective when the custodian actually receives it. The responsible individual must notify the custodian of any change of address.
