Such notice will be considered effective when posted or sent to the intended recipient, whether by email or mail. Any notice you send to your HSA Administrator to change your email address or other mailing address will be considered effective when actually received. In the event of your death, your spouse or account beneficiary must notify your HSA Administrator of any corresponding change in e-mail or other mailing address. Any notice you provide to your HSA Administrator or us will be considered effective when actually received.
