Notice to the Licensee. Notice to the Licensee may be given by prepaid, ordinary mail sent to the last known address of the Licensee as provided to the Licensor, which shall be deemed to have been received by the Licensee ten (10) days after the date of mailing. Further, notice may be delivered by registered mail or courier to such last known address of the Licensee as provided to the Licensor, which shall also be deemed to be service of any legal proceedings. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Licensee to ensure that a current and accurate address is provided to the Licensor.
