Notice to Participants. Promptly after the allocations herein described shall be completed, the Committee shall advise each Participant in writing of the fair market value of the Stock and other Fund assets then credited to his Company Contributions Account.

Each Participant provides CDS with a correct contact name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers on which CDS and Participants can rely for the purpose of this Rule.
