Notice to Other Parties. The Borrower shall, promptly following the execution of this Amendment, provide copies hereof to each Lender, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and DBRS.
Notice to Other Parties. Debtor hereby authorizes Lender to give written notice of this Agreement at any time after and during the occurrence of any Event of Default, beyond any applicable cure periods, to any other party to any of the Collateral, and all such other parties are authorized and directed to, as applicable, perform services and/or pay any sums due under such Collateral directly to Lender upon receipt from Lender of a statement that an Event of Default hereunder or under the Loan Agreement, Note or Mortgage has occurred, accompanied by a demand for such performance and/or payment, without any further proof of Debtor's default. Debtor agrees that any party making such payments to Lender in reliance on such notice and demand from Lender shall be fully protected, and Debtor will make no claim on such party to the extent of such payments.
Notice to Other Parties. A notice mailed first class, postage prepaid, to an Accountholder at his or her last address filed with the Administrator will be binding on the Accountholder for all purposes of the Plan and will be deemed given three business days following the postmark. A claim for benefits, beneficiary designation, or other notice mailed first class, postage prepaid, from an Accountholder to the Administrator will be deemed given three business days following the postmark. Notice to Other Parties. Upon receiving any request under this Section 6 from any Holder, Issuer agrees to send a copy thereof to any other person known to Issuer to be entitled to registration rights under this Section 6, in each case by promptly mailing the same, postage prepaid, to the address of record of the persons entitled to receive such copies.
Notice to Other Parties. If I am an employee, I hereby agree that after my employment terminates, the Company may notify a new employer about my rights and obligations under this Agreement. If I am an independent contractor, I hereby agree that after termination of the Relationship, the Company may notify any other party with whom I maintain a consulting, independent contractor or employment relationship – including parties with whom such relationship commences after the effective date of this Agreement – about my rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notice to Other Parties. The Facility Agent shall notify the Borrowers and the other Finance Parties promptly upon receiving and being satisfied with all of the documents and evidence delivered to it under each of clauses 4.2 (Initial conditions precedent), 4.3 (Conditions precedent to a Ship Loan made in connection with Delivery), 4.4 (General conditions precedent) and 4.5 (Conditions precedent regarding key charter).
Notice to Other Parties. In the event an Indemnified Party provides notice to an Indemnifying Party pursuant to Section 12.1.2, an Indemnifying Party shall timely provide all other Parties the same notice the Indemnifying Party receives from the Indemnified Party.
