The Servicer shall mail to the Mortgagor of each related Mortgage Loan a letter advising such Mortgagor of the transfer of the servicing of the related Mortgage Loan to the Owner, or its designee, in accordance with RESPA; provided, however, such letters shall be in the form mutually agreed upon by the Owner and the Servicer prior to a pending transfer.
