The Seller shall cause the Interim Servicer to mail to the Mortgagor of each related Mortgage Loan a letter advising such Mortgagor of the transfer of the servicing of the related Mortgage Loan to the Purchaser, or its designee, in accordance with the Cranston Gonzales National Affordable Housing Act of 1990; provided, hoxxxxx, xxx xxxxxxt and format of the letter shall have the prior approval of the Purchaser. The Seller shall cause the Interim Servicer to provide the Purchaser with copies of all such related notices.
