Common use of NOTICE TO MEMBERS Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO MEMBERS. Within seven (7) days of any decision delegated pursuant to Section 6.10, except for routine decisions of the Chief Executive Officer, Members will be notified of the decision by electronic mail, posting on the WECC website and any other means determined appropriate by the Board. Routine decisions of the Chief Executive Officer will be noticed in periodic reports to the Board and Members as determined by the Board, which will be sent to Members by electronic mail and posted on the WECC website.
