Common use of Notice to Lenders; Funding of Loans Clause in Contracts

Notice to Lenders; Funding of Loans. (a) Upon receipt of a Notice of Borrowing, the Administrative Agent shall promptly (but in any event on the same day such Notice of Borrowing is received by the Administrative Agent) notify each Lender participating therein of the contents thereof and of such Xxxxxx’s ratable share of such Borrowing.

Notice to Lenders; Funding of Loans. (a) Upon receipt of a Notice of Borrowing, the Administrative Agent shall promptly (but in any event on the same day such Notice of Borrowing is received by the Administrative Agent) notify each Lender participating therein of the contents thereof and of such XxxxxxLender’s ratable share of such BorrowingBorrowing and such Notice of Borrowing shall not thereafter be revocable by the Borrower.

(a) Upon receipt of a Notice of Borrowing, the Administrative Agent shall promptly give each Lender prompt notice of each such borrowing, specifying the relevant information including such Lender’s portion of such borrowing (but in any event if any) and the date on the same day such which funds are to be made available. If a Notice of Borrowing is received revoked by the Company after receipt thereof by the Administrative Agent) notify each Lender participating therein , the Company shall be subject to the provisions of the contents thereof and of such Xxxxxx’s ratable share of such BorrowingSection 2.14.
