Notice to Inspect. 6.3.1 The Operator shall, not later than one month prior to the anticipated Delivery Date, give written notice to the Manufacturer (the "Notice to Inspect") that: (i ) preparation of the site for the installation and operation of the TCS-1 has been completed in accordance with the Site Plan Specifications and (ii) all applicable governmental regulations have been complied with and all required permits, licenses, and standards have been obtained or met (together with copies of all documentary evidence thereof) and request that the Manufacturer inspect the site in order to confirm the foregoing.
