You agree that WECU’s retention of checks does not alter or waive your responsibility to examine your statements and check copies, or the time limit for notifying us of any errors. The statement will be considered correct for all purposes and WECU will not be liable for any payment made or charged to your account unless you notify us in writing within the above time limit after the statement is mailed or made available to you.
