The Contractor agrees to perform all of the work described in the contract documents and to comply with the terms and conditions defined therein for a total sum of Five Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Eight and 29/100 dollars ($574,928.29) dollars, said amount being subject to any approved addenda or change order.

Notice to Contractors. The prevailing wage rates certified and published by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry apply to all City of Saint Xxxx Projects (with limited exceptions) in the amount of $25,000 dollars or more involving new construction, demolition work, or repair work to public and private property. Rates will apply based on construction type, and are subject to change until the date of advertisement. Wage decisions published by the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry (DOLI) at the time the contract is signed will be locked in for the duration of the project, provided construction begins within 90 days of contract signing. After 90 days, wage decisions will be updated to the construction start date. This wage decision may or may not be locked into the contract. It is the responsibility of the recipient of City money (e.g., business owner, developer, prime contractor, etc.) to check with City of St. Xxxx staff to determine whether the wage decision has been updated prior to commencement of construction, regardless of when contract was signed.
