Common use of Notice to Contractor Clause in Contracts

Notice to Contractor. If to the Contractor, to the Project Representative, at such address specified in writing by the Project Representative, provided that copies of notices pertaining to a failure on the part of the Contractor to perform in accordance with the terms of this Contract shall be sent to the Project Representative and to: [Contractor Info] Notice, Effective Date. Notices delivered by mail shall be deemed effective three (3) business days after mailing in accordance with this Section. Notices delivered personally or by overnight courier shall be deemed effective upon receipt.
