Notice to City. Written notices to City hereunder, with a copy to the City Attorney of the City of Los Angeles, shall be given by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, and addressed to: Department of Airports 0 Xxxxx Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxx 00000 Xxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000 Office of City Xxxxxxxx 0 Xxxxx Xxx Post Office Box 92216 Xxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000 or to such other address as City may designate by written notice to Contractor.
Notice to City. Minimum 24-hours prior notice shall be given to the City’s Department of Public Works prior to commencement of work under this Contract.

The President of the Union Local or designee shall advise the City's Human Resources Director or designee, in writing, of the names of the stewards (and their assignments), the Chief Xxxxxxx, and all other officers of the Union Local. Appointment as xxxxxxx or Chief Xxxxxxx shall not become effective until the Human Resources Director or designee receives written notice from the President or designee of the Local of the appointment specifying the dates of such appointment. No xxxxxxx will be granted time off from his/her job for any reason except as provided in Article 19, "Grievance Procedure", or elsewhere in this Agreement and unless the City is properly notified according to this Section.
Notice to City. When Subdivider determines Project is substantially complete, Subdivider shall notify City in writing of Project’s status within seven (7) calendar days of Subdivider’s determination. The notice shall certify to City that Project has been completed in accordance with the Construction Documents; all applicable building codes and regulations; all permits; all licenses; all certificates of inspection, use, and occupancy; and ordinances relating to Project.

Notice to City. If at any time the Company intends to perform construction work in any right-of-way, the Company shall obtain a right-of-way permit from the City and shall provide the City with notice before commencing any such work as required by the Right-of- Way Permit application process.
Notice to City. In order to avoid conflicts, CCAEF will notify the City and the City will notify CCAEF within a reasonable time after the approved scheduling of events in and improvements to Grape Day Park or the Great Lawn. City will consult and coordinate with the CCAEF with respect to any facilities maintenance or improvements which may impact or conflict with scheduled CCAEF or Center events and CCAEF will consult with the City in the planning of approved improvements or additions to Center Premises.
Notice to City. The Homeowner shall deliver to City no later than thirty (30) days prior to the close of escrow the Notice of Intent to Transfer. The Notice of Intent to Transfer shall identify the proposed Transferee, shall certify that, to the best knowledge of the Homeowner, the Transferee is a Very Low Income Household (if, in fact, the Income Verification Materials support the conclusion that the proposed Transferee is a Very Low Income Household), and shall certify that the sale price is no more than the Affordable Housing Cost. Homeowner shall include copies of the purchase and sale agreement between Homeowner and the proposed Transferee for the Affordable Unit, the grant deed or other document that is proposed to be used to effectuate the Transfer, copies of the Income Verification Materials and all other material documents related to the proposed Transfer.
