Notice to City. Manager shall Notify City whenever Manager or a Subcontractor intends to commence any activity that is subject to Prevailing Wage Law under this Agreement.

Notice to City. If at any time the Company intends to perform construction work in any right-of-way, the Company shall obtain a right-of-way permit from the City and shall provide the City with notice before commencing any such work as required by the Right-of- Way Permit application process.
