NOTICE TO BUYER OF LABOR DISPUTES. Whenever an actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatening to delay the performance of this Agreement, Seller shall immediately give notice thereof to Buyer. Such notice shall include all relevant information with respect to such disputes.
