Common use of NOTICE TO BIDDERS Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO BIDDERS. Requests for proposal or invitations for bid issued by Contractor to implement the Contract will provide notice to prospective bidders that Riley County’s conflict of interest provision is applicable and that prospective bidders who develop or draft specifications, requirements, statements of work and/or RFP's for a proposed procurement shall be excluded from bidding or submitting a proposal to compete for the award of such procurement.
