Notice Regarding Material Contracts. Promptly, and in any event within ten (10) Business Days (i) after any Material Contract of any Credit Party is terminated or amended in a manner that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or (ii) after any new Material Contract is entered into, written notice of the same. For the avoidance of doubt, no notice will be required in connection with the expiry of a Material Contract pursuant to its terms.
